Q: Is it recommended to consume Naked Blend milk tea before or after food?
A: It is advisable to consume before meals, especially before a carb/sugar/oily laden meal, to block sugar, carbs absorption and fat accumulation.
Q: How many sachets should we consume a day?
A: It is advisable to consume one sachet in the morning before your breakfast and another sachet before lunch, for maximum result. After you have achieved your ideal weight, you may consume it 2 to 3 times a week as maintenance.
Q: Can we consume Naked Blend milk tea long term?
A: If you’re consuming it 2 to 3 times a week, it can be consumed on a longer term for maximum results. We recommend consulting your health practitioner should you have any existing chronic health issue.
Q: Can we consume Naked Blend milk tea during period?
A: Yes, absolutely.
Q: What’s the max number of sachets a person can consume a day?
A: 2 sachets per day
Q: Do we need to stop consuming it after a few months?
A: If you drink Naked Blend milk tea on a daily basis, it would be advisable to stop for a month after 3 consecutive months of consumption, for maximum results.
Q: Can nursing mum drink Naked Blend milk tea?
A: It is not advisable for nursing mothers to drink. You may consult your practitioner/doctor if you’ll be suitable based on your case.
Q: Is there any type of people who should avoid Naked Blend milk tea?
A: Pregnant mums.
Q: Is it suitable for people with thyroids, diabetes and high blood pressure?
A: There are no issues for consumers with the above conditions to consume, but in moderation such as maximum one sachet a day, and do consult your doctor if you’re on long term medication.
Q: Is the caffeine level high? Will Naked Blend milk tea cause insomnia?
A: Caffeine levels in the teas used are relatively high, as caffeine too does help with metabolism and water retention reduction. It is advisable to consume this drink earlier in the day if you are sensitive to caffeine.
Q: Can we take other health supplements with Naked Blend milk tea? Eg. calcium/ royal jelly/ multi vitamins?
A: Yes there are no contraindications. If it is non-medicinal, you may consume them about 15 minutes apart for best results, and absorption of Naked Blend milk tea and various supplements.
Q: If I am taking medicine, do I need to wait 30 minutes or an hour before I consume Naked Blend milk tea?
A: Preferably 1.5 hours.
Q: Since there are vitamins inside Naked Blend milk tea, should we not use boiling hot water to prepare the drink? In case the boiling hot water “kill” the vitamins?
A: The vitamins used in Naked Blend milk tea is of a stable form. Therefore, it is alright to use hot water to prepare the drink. The best temperature to make Naked Blend milk tea would be between 70-85 degrees.
Q: Is there any potential side effect?
A: Some side effects may be dry mouth or constipation, so do consume sufficient water intake throughout the day. We recommend drinking at least 2 litres of water daily.
Q: Why do we feel slightly more thirsty after drinking the milk tea? What is the ingredient that makes us more thirsty?
A: Tea is a diuretic and it increases the amount of urine you produce and help your body get rid of excess water/ water retention. As it stimulates urination, and you can actually get slightly dehydrated if you do not hydrate sufficiently. Additionally, other active ingredients in our milk tea that support weight loss may cause dry mouth. It is recommend to drink at least 2 litres of water daily.
